TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 188 OF 2021 By Roselyne Asiko Musuta, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Musuta Wakabala alias Patrick Wakabala, who died at Ebukanga Sub-location, on 6th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2021 By Keith Madoya Mutange, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Mutange Kandinyila alias Javan Mutange, who died at Mulundu Sub-location, on 18th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
