Box 64, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oundo Oruya, who died at North Rambula Sub-location, on 31st May, 2019. CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2021 By (1) Rosemary Adhiambo Dola and (2) Rebecca Amolo Okweya, both of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Musira Dola alias James Musira, who died on 11th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. 210 OF 2021 By Albert Washington Obiero, of P.O. Box 75, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Munda Ongado alias Okoth Munda, who died on 11th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
