TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. €21 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Kipkoech Laigong and (2) Japheth Kipkemoi Laigong, both of P.O. Box 346, Kericho in Kenya, the deceased, sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplalygong arap Ngeno alias Kiplaigo arap Ngeno, who died at Kipkutuny, on 5th May, 1995. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2021 By (1) David Kipketer Sawe, (2) Agnes Chebore Sawe and (3) Christina Chebo Korir, all of P.O. Box 943-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Sawe arap Korir, who died at Township, on 29th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
