TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2020 By Benjamin Mbogo Mwambogo, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Uwe Dieter Siegrsit, who died on 29th March, 2019. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2021 By Luisa Masciantonio, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Giuseppe Passaglia, who died at Italy, on 22nd May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
