TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2020 By Rose Gathoni Mathore, of P.O. Box 549-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Joel Mathore Gatimu, who died at Nairobi, on 1st March, 1996. CAUSE No. 215 OF 2021 By Mary Nafula Makokha, of P.O. Box 95, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. ROS, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Wanakacha Wanyama, late of Bungoma, who died at Mombasa, on 15th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
