TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E266 OF 2021 By Mary Wanjiru Nganga, of P.O. Box 817, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Murioga. who died at Dandora, on 8th August, 2004. CAUSE No. E284 OF 2021 By Johana Gathua Ngugi, of P.O. Box 23035, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary/buyer, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Macharia, who died at Muguga, on 15th October. 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
