CAUSE No. El 61 OF 2021 By (1) Bernice Wanjiru Gateri and (2) Daniel Gateri Njue, both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njue Munyi alias Samuel N. Munyi alias Samuel Munyi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2020. CAUSE No. E165 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Mugo Njiru and (2) James Nyaga Njiru, both of P.O. Box 24, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Gicaci alias Njiru Gichachi, who died at Makengi Sub-location, on 4th January, 1997.
