E125 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Nyawira Muchemi, (2) Alex Denis Ikinya Muchemi and (3) Rachel Wanjiku Muchemi, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muchemi Ikinya alias John Ikinya alias John Baptista Muchemi Ikinya alias John B. Muchemi Ikinya, who died at Ngong, on 25th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
