CAUSE No. 441 OF 2021 By (1) Ilyine Nyatichi Ondari and (2) James Ong'era Ondari, both of P.O. Box 2146-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Ondari Obwoge alias H. Ondari Obwoge, who died at Sameta Sub-location, on I lth March, 2000.
