TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E139 OF 2021 By Ephantus Muturi Micuki, of P.O. Box 864-00516, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Wanjiku Micuki, who died at Makuyu, on 30th June, 2016. CAUSE No. E170 OF 2021 By (1) James Muigai Muturi and (2) Anthony Ng'ang'a Muturi, both of P.O. Box 8-01020, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Muturi Karugu, who died at M. D. H., on 31st August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
