TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 135 OF 2020 By Margaret Wanjiku Nduru, of P.O. Box 96, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Kimani, who died at Kandani, on 6th May, 1997. CAUSE No. E167 OF 2021 By Wanjiku Muthua, of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gichuku Ng'ang'a alias Githuku Ng'ang'a, who died at Kangari sub- location, on 7th september, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
