Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mutangili Makau, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Karanja Muindi and (2) Boniface Kalanu Muindi, both of P.O. Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muindi Vala, who died at Katangini, Kalandini, on 13th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2021 By (1) Ndolo Matia and (2) Jackson Muia Matia, both of P.O. Box 1050-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbula Matia, who died at Kangundo, on 14th October, 1978. CAUSE No. E246 OF 2021 By Martin Munyaka Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 77, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo King'oo, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
