TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 221 OF 2021 By (1) Judith Ogada Wagwa and (2) David James Sadimba, both of P.O. Box 1921, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Opondo Sadimba, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 222 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Owala Onyango and (2) William Owino Ongondo, the deceased's brother and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Ajwala, who died on 19th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
