TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 381 OF 2021 By Jacob Onyango Ouma, of P.O. Box 490, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Onyango Ogola, who died at Onyinyore, on 5th September, 2020. CAUSE No. 382 OF 2021 By Antonius Odhiambo Odongo, of P.O. Box 27, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odongo Mithiga alias Joseph Ondongo, who died at Kagilo, on 19th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
