TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 61 OF 2021 By (1) Kasichana Kazungu Mwanguo, (2) Karisa Kazungu Mwanguo, (3) Kang'ombe Charo Kitsao and (4) Rophus Mele Mwanguo, all of P.O. Box 41834-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Mwanguo Menza, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, on 24th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
