TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 176 OF 2021 By Bernard Muiyuro Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githaithi Gichimbi, who died at Irigu-ini, on 3rd August, 2005. CAUSE No. 177 OF 2021 By Bernard Muiyuro Kaman, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Mwangi, who died at Muiga-ini, on 22nd January, 2015. CAUSE No. 178 OF 2021 By Cathrine Wanjiru Maingi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kaboro, who died at District Hospital, Maragua in Kenya, on 7th November, 2019. CAUSE No. 179 OF 2021 By ( I) Ndungu Karaya and (2) Margaret Wairimu Mwohi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwohi Njihia, who died at Maiella, on 12th November, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
