Box 50858-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachael Wangui Waiti, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 16th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 317 OF 2021 By Samuel Mburu Kaman, of P.O. Box I. Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakamwe Wain alias Njeri Kamau, who died at Mung'aria Sub-location, on 14th February, 2002. CAUSE No. 319 OF 2021 By Jane Waceke Murigi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac David Murigi Ndungu alias Isaac D. Murigi Ndungu, who died at Mung'aria Sub-location, on 4th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
