Okoth, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Okoth Atanas alias Minudi s/o Tanas Ogodha, who died at Provincial General hospital, Kakamega in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2002. CAUSE No.134 OF 2021 By Stella Ayaya Osoro, the deceased's grantdaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndunde Otanga, who died at Shinamwenyuli in 1969. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2021 By Josephat Anekeya Akhalira, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Akhalipa Namai, who died at Bumamu in 2018. CAUSE No. E166 OF 2021 By Faustine Amboko, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Abuko Davis alias Pius Ambuko Davies, who died at Muyundi in 2016. CAUSE No. E167 OF 2021 By Saulo Amulabu Mukolwe, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Eshibulu Mutuli alias Eshibulu Mutuli, who died at Mutoma, in 1982. CAUSE No. E183 OF 2021 By Francis Atachi Musabwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Musabwa Onzere, who died at Mundaha sub-location, on 17th October, 2009.
