TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E238 OF 2021 By Steven Omondi Obadha, of P.O. Box 1020, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Otega Oyimbo, who died at Nyangoma, on 20th August, 1973. CAUSE No. 397 OF 2021 By Patrisia Atieno Oluoko, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aol Athiambo, who died at Komolo Sub-location, 2nd February, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
