TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 293 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Atieno Were and (2) Henry Odhiambo Anyange, both of P.O. Box 273, Kendu Bay, in Kenya, the deceased daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyange Jowi Okumu, who died at Karachuonyo North, on 30th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 294 OF 2021 By Antony Oliech Osome, of P.O. Box 273, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Osome Osodo, who died at Kotieno, on 12th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 441 OF 2021 By Tabitha Adhiambo Ouma, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac alias Isaack Ouma Obonyo, who died at Kamwania, on 17th January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
