TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By Robinson Mwamburi Johna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Mwamburi Nyata, who died at Mariwenyi, Mwatate, on 27th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By Benson Wawaka Mchana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispus Ngeti Mehana, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2019. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Meshack Mwamela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamtigino Mwatika, who died at Mwarungu sub-location, on 9th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
