REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gidraph Kahindo Waithaka, of P.O. Box 19146, Nairobi in the Republic if Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.162 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia , registered under title No. Laikipia Nanyuki west Timau Block 11/1650, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
