REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rhemtulla Gulamhussein Manji (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Tiwi Beach Block/73, and whereas the judge of the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 1765 of 2020, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Iqbal Rhemtulla Gulamhussein Manji (ID/1239763), and whereas the land white/green in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
