REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Ngure Kariuki (ID/1912829), of P.O. Box 49413-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.214, 1.21 and 4.05 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kipeto/766, 688 and 2002, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
