WHEREAS Andrew Mbaka Omwega (ID/1582541), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisii, registered under title No. Majoge/Bombaba/2041, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
