REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.7 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Mataara/459, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Gatundu in succession Cause No. 149 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Johana Chege Mwangi (ID/10140156), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Johana Chege Mwangi (ID/10140156), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
