WHEREAS Muriuki Maragwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as MwerualGitaku/979, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Baricho in succession Cause No. 198 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Edith Wanjiru Muriuki (11)/3130633), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Edith Wanjiru Muriuki (1D/3130633), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriuki Maragwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
