WHEREAS James Muchiri Kabii (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/3139, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 1684 of 1995, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Catherine Wairimu Kabii and (2) Stanley Mukolwe Wanyangu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land M. Ga,zfaira NoTtoE No. 12928 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS M'Arungu Mithiaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Ithima!Antuambui/433, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas Chief Magistrate's Court at Maua in succession Cause No. 33 of 2002. has issued a grant of letters of administration to Joseph Muriithi Ruguine, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said M'Arungu Mithiaru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days front the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said M'Arungu Mithiaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
