NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 148, in Volume DI, Folio 352/3580, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Esther Nduta Mwangi, of P.O. Box 792- 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Esther Nduta Chege, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Nduta Chege and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Nduta Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Nduta Mwangi only.
