CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2018 By (1) John R. S. Chatwin, of P.O. Box 95519–80100, Mombasa in Kenya and (2) John Michael Raynor, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Brian Emmott, who died at England, on 16th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By Ketan Ramniklal Premchand Shah, of P.O. Box 16478–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s executrix, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ramniklal Premchand Shah, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
