TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2021 By (1) Waitherero Gachegwa and (2) Esther Wanjiru Gacigua, both of P.O. Box 308, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gacigua Njenga, late of Njoro, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 23rd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kipkurgat Rotich and (2) James Malakwen Ngetich, both of P.O. Box 17–20152, Olenguruone in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Tonui, late of Olenguruone, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
