TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Harminder Singh Saini, of P.O. Box 924–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Darshan Singh Saini alias Darshan Singh s/o Nagina Singh, who died on 7th February, 2021. 5th November, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Jane Ondulo, (2) Benard Odhiambo Aduda and (3) Fredrick C. F. Otieno, all of P.O. Box 214–40109, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth William Aduda Onyango, who died at Nightingale Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
