TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2021 By Christopher Wahinya Njeri, of P.O. Box 70–01001, Kalimoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabell Njeri Gakuo, who died on 11th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021 By (1) Bilha Muthoni Kiama Murage, (2) Joshua Nderitu Kiama and (3) Daniel Kariuki Kiama, all of P.O. Box 263, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wangeci Kiama, who died on 27th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
