TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By Jonah Kiprono Chumo, of P.O. Box, 90, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Kolee alias Tapnyole Kole, who died at Kongoi, on 10th July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By Rachel Cherono Sunyai, of P.O. Box, 278–20200, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Kipkemei Sunyai, who died at Kericho County Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2021 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
