TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2021 By (1) Morris Washo Shaban, (2) Samuel Toya Washo and (3) James Jackson Washo, all of P.O. Box 836–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Hannington Jones, who died at Kongowea, on 10th June, 1964. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2021 By Priscilar Kanini Kioko, of P.O. Box 121, Kasikeu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Ndolo, who died at Kasikeu, on 16th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 359 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Njeri Kanja and (2) Debora Wairimu Kanja, both c/o P.O. Box 42514–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kaja Gachoka, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
