TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 218 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Masita Indeche and (2) Godfrey Mwandihi Makobi, both of P.O. Box 90648–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Makobi Lumwamu, who died on 15th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
