E849 OF 2021 By (1) Arnold Kibet Kiptaol and (2) Moses Kiprop Kiptaol, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kimeli Koigeny, who died at Torongo, on 30th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E850 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wambui Mburu and (2) Edward Njoroge Mburu, both of P.O. Box 31, Molo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mburu Ndirangu, who died at St. Joseph Rift Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
