TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E871 OF 2021 By (1) Steven Owino Odinga and (2) Joshua Owino Oyugi, both of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Odinga Omodhi alias Simion Odinga Odinga, late of Konya Sub-location, who died at St. Monica Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2018.
