E772 OF 2021 By Anna Osanya Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Odongo Chiro, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 7th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E921 OF 2021 By John Ojwaya Orwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isimael Orwa Pumbe alias Orwa Pumbe Simael alias Imael Orwa Pumbe, who died on 21st August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E924 OF 2021 By Beatrice Akoth Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Abwajo Ochieng, who died on 14th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
