TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2021 By Hudson Jairus Mahasi, of P.O. Box 10, Misikhu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Maasi alias Jairo Mahasi Wambulwa, who died at Ndivisi, on 3rd February, 2000. CAUSE NO. 278 OF 2021 By Calistus Khaemba Lumunyasi, of P.O. Box 1136–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jaffer Khaemba Lumunyasi, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
