Box 259, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Elizabeth Wambui Kibui, who died at Sokoni, on 21st July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2021 By Joseph Kinyanjui Ndungu, of P.O. Box 41, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Thumbi, who died at Kahuho, on 14th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Mburu Gitau and (2) Nancy Wambui Gitau, both of P.O. Box 249, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kahunyo, who died at Karati, on 24th June, 2016. E330 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Wambui Chutha and (2) Virginia Wanjiru Chutha, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chutha Itotere, who died at Kinamba, on 27th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2021 By Beth Runguru Githutha, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githutha Githaiga, who died at Gilgil Division, on 15th September, 1989.
