TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 450 OF 2021 By (1) Simon Karumbi Njunge and (2) James Kironyo Njunge, both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wamuyu Njung’e, who died at Mathanji, on 9th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. 467 OF 2021 By (1) Sarah Wairimu Wanjau and (2) Brian Wamugi Gathima, both of P.O. Box 71, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gathima Wamugi, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. 543 OF 2021 By Joseph Kimani Wainaina, of P.O. Box 115, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Nyokabi Wainaina, late of Melwa Location, who died there on 4th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
