TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2021 By (1) Moses Penin Partamkuuas, (2) Ntenene Partanguat Mbarnoti and (3) Siteto Partangwas Mbarnoti, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parantanwas ole Mbarnoti, who died at Sajiloni, on 15th December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2021 By (1) Jenipher Loise Kailo and (2) Joyce Simaloi Kutita, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Wakapa Muko, who died at Noompong Sub- location, on 14th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2021 By Siranka ole Kioi Kunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sinteyian Kioi Lekunga, who died at Ilaimirror, on 15th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
