TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2021 By Agnes Kwamboka Gasuku Omae, of P.O. Box 4035–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Mukabane & Kagunza, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bartholomeo Gasuku Omae, late of Eldoret, who died there on 27th March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
