TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 240 OF 2021 By Beatrice Auma Otieno, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mika Osewe Oburu, who died on 13th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2021 By (1) Theresa Mary Awuor Odero and (2) Samuel Oyier Odero, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Perez Wellington Joseph Odero, who died on 14th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2021 By Florence Akoth Omolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omolo Aboge, who died at West Kanyamkago Location, on 5th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
