CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2021 By Isaac Kuria Wainaina, of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agata Gachambi w/o Wainaina alias Agata Gacambi Wainaina, who died at Magina, on 5th May, 2008. E195 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Njogu Gitimu and (2) Patriciah Wanjiku Gitimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatimu Ndugire alias Gitimu Ndugire, who died at Mutarakwa, on 3rd March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2021 By Francis Karanja Mbugua, of P.O. Box 64, Ngecha in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiary for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Wanjiru Mbugua, who died at Ngecha, Kiambu, on 20th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
