TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Chepogh Rouben and (2) Michael Pkite Simeon, both of P.O. Box 1—30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Pterer Moroto, who died at Propoi Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2017. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By (1) Benjamin Kaptukoi Loitangor and (1) Rainstone Kaptukony Lokaichoch, both of P.O. Box 315–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the will of Kaptukony Lokochoch alias Kaptuge Lakachori, who died at Kapyemit Sub-location, on 11th April, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
