E15 OF 2021 By (1) Rosaline Cheptoo Magal and (2) Catherine Chepkemoi Magal, both of P.O. Box 1, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Magal Losapu alias Peter Magal Losobo, who died on 22nd September, 2008. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021 By (1) Rosaline Cheptoo Magal and (2) Catherine Chepkemoi Magal, both of P.O. Box 1 Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the will of Martin Magal alias Martin Peter Magal, who died on 23rd August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
