TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2019 By (1) Joseph Kombo Ndoro, (2) David Chaka Ndoro and (3) Jacob Kombo Ndoro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndoro Kadoti Murabu, who died at Mbuyuni, Rabai, on 18th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2021 By (1) Kazungu Ngowa, (2) Jumaa Ngowa Mwaringa and (3) Ali Ngoa Kazungu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndama Ngowa Mwaringa, who died at Kawala, on 10th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
