TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2021 By (1) Elizabeth Kajuju Ngirwa, (2) Agnes Muthoni Kinyamu and (3) Mary Teresa Kiajia Njagi, all of P.O. Box 48–60402, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muthuri Chibiri alias Muthuri Nchibiri alias Muthuri Ncibiri alias M’Muthuri Ncebere, who died at St. Anne Hospital in Kenya, 8th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2021 By Sabastiano Kaigire M’Muthamia, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muthamia M Kariba, who died at Kamachege, 28th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
